While the hotel offers affordability and spacious family suites, I had serious issues with the cleanliness and functionality of my room. Although the staff was attentive and tried to resolve my concerns, I felt frustrated by the overall experience. It’s a decent option if you're on a budget, but be prepared for some inconveniences.

The room I initially received had a strong unpleasant odor and lacked cleanliness. After discussing the issue with the manager, I got an upgrade, which resolved the smell; however, the mattress was very old, and the TV was outdated.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the staff at the reception were friendly and made the check-in process enjoyable, even amid the busy atmosphere. The location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to several dining options and attractions. However, the room was quite noisy, with disruptions late into the night. Overall, it was a decent budget option, but there's definitely room for improvement.
